Tristan Thompson

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Game isn't over yet but I need to give this man some much deserved love. After the Big 3, he has the biggest impact on our team. If he can keep up the decision making that he is showing tonight, that is going to be huge in the Finals. Hell of a performance from TT so far in the series.

Al Horford years and years after his career is over will still be having PTSD flashbacks to how much TT dominated him in every playoff series

Like it's seriously not even comparable who is the better player. Every time they go head to head TT fucking emasculates him.

I think it says something when Marcus Smart, the smaller player, tells Horford that he'll try and box Tristan out himself.

TT was outstanding today. Those offensive rebounds were great but his defense was spectacular.

His skills give the Cavs a lot of options on defense, and he was also doing a consistent job of contesting Thomas (and usually forcing a pass) without fouling.

Now that the streak is over, it will be great for the Cavs to give him some more time off during the regular season. Batteries seriously recharged after a rest.

TT should give Horford fifty percent of his $82 million. Every time they play, Horford makes Tristan look like prime David Robinson.

Not all of us thought Tristan's contract was an overpay :chuckle:

Not only did we have people say it was a massive overpay, there were talks of how it would be an albatross contract for the life of the deal.

One of TTs greatest qualities is he just seems unphased by the moment. He has a very specific set of responsibilities and he just goes about doing them. When he has a bad stretch, he never seems to get too down and let his mind wander. Just keeps plugging away. Rarely tries to force anything or step out of his lane on the court.

This guy's ceiling is Dennis Rodman. If he learns to antagonize more like he did last night, he'll get there faster. Sometimes he's too nice and too business like. A little rage is good.
The Ceiling is the roof

With 3 superstars on your team it helps to have a guy with no demand for offensive touches because they would only take them away from the best players. He is a more talented Kurt Rambis that is willing to do the less glamorous things that the others don't do as well.
