Ramirez is for real...his approach at the plate is too good, and switch hitters are always matchup proof so it's not like he posted good slashes against just RHP or LHP that inflated his overall numbers. He's also $$ defensively at 3B and will only get better the more he plays.

Chiz is going to get traded IMO, and I'm fairly confident Naquin will replace his production in RF against RHP just fine while Guyer platoons vs LHP next year.

Andrew Miller and Cody Allen are not year to year guys...they are studs. I'd expect them to bring in another reliever too.

The big one for me is if Michael Brantley is normal Michael Brantley...if we add normal Brantley to this lineup, with our pitching and now Miller, we have a legit shot at 100 wins next year, barring any freak injury seasons like we just went through.

Also, we had a few guys who had down years. I'd expect Gomes and Perez to hit better next year, and I'd expect Carrasco to be better next year as well.

We were one Carrasco start from a WS and people are not seeing this. Ramirez is the real deal and the bull pen will be as strong maybe better depending on the moves. We need to add a few more solid hitters maybe bring back Napoli because can win if we had our second and third pitchers and Carrasco is near ace material. When the Cubs had four healthy three of witch are CY young type pitchers. I do not know what else anyone wanted from this team.

They blew an all time comeback.

They blew a 3-1 lead.

These guys will not want to go through 162. It's got to be crushing and soul sucking.

I never thought I'd say this...anyone who has followed me in my time here knows how much this means coming from me...I never thought I'd hate a poster more than Birdy...congrats, Mr. Orange, you are that poster...hope you meet the same fate as the birdman.

Brantley had a what 7-8 WAR 2 years ago, bring that back and we're a few wins better, and more equipped for the postseason.

Didn't have Miller all year long...think of some of those late inning games they blew early on and early in the summer...think the majority of those go the other way with Miller.

Ok I'm out of here. You baseball guys need to relax. They lost. Sun will come up. Here's a tip, support the Cavs. The winners in town.

"Relax, guys, it's just a game. Don't take it so seriously, it's just baseball. Also, I'm leaving."

Wew lad.

He has no idea how Baseball works I guess. This is not a fluke team like the mid 2000 teams were. This was the first taste with a team that only played on wild card game before this. How can people think that? Do pull a Warriors get better and go for it again next year hopefully healthy. That simple.

Like I said on the first page, I'm proud as fuck of this team.

I honestly just thought it was destiny when Rajai hit that bomb, but then we had to get fucked over by the rain and questionable bullpen management by Tito down the stretch.

Can't wait for Spring Training.

Another year of growth for Lindor, Ramirez, Naquin (he'll be back), Perez, Chisenhall... get Salazar, Brantley, Carrasco, and Gomes back healthy. Best 1-2 punch in baseball with Miller and Allen. Zimmer may be ready.

We're going to be good next year.

I hope they actually try to get better in the off season.

Man the Cubs fans in our park. So bad. I think whether or not this is a good baseball town can finally be put to rest.

Lay off man...he's just a casual fan who was no where to be found after the ALCS he said they'd find a way to lose, came and said the Indians were going to win it all a few days ago, then said he did that to reverse jinx the team he "casually" roots for.

He's confused. Was taken off the tit a little late at 25.

I don't really follow MLB. Never into it. Tried to watch it a bit when Red Sox won their first World Series in 2004 because of how historical it was and all, but honestly never really managed to like the game or connect with any team but off late. Desperately wanted the Indians to win it because of y'all folks. Hard Luck, guys. :(

They will...think it'll be through trade though, not free agency.

I still wanna know how 12 different countries got their hands on tickets with one intention for them. Stub hub was fucking Cubs hub.

Like this is where I was actually following along with Orange man. It isn't a good baseball town. It just isn't. I no longer believe we have the "best" fans in the world. Whatever, who cares.

But then he just went way over here and then way over there with it.

Well thank god its almost the weekend so I can sit in the dark uninterrupted listening to The Sounds of Silence

Definitely not a baseball town...not a basketball town when LeBron isn't there too...always will be football way more than any other sport.

Doesn't mean people should look the other way when they are this talented though. Group is good...has been for 4 years now, and showing no signs of that changing anytime soon. You'd think people would come around a bit more, you know. Especially a city that embraces winning more than any other city IMO.
