LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
BTW, is this the first time in LeBron's career where he isn't amongst Top-20 players in the league in terms of FTAs? A lot of players are getting to the FT line a lot this season except LeBron! :|

So... this is interesting:

Sing along, folks :chuckle:

When you are chill you are not going to get to the line

Anyone else want to see him spend his last year on a shitty team so we can finally prove for once and for all if you can LeBron on ANY team and get that team to the finals?

Obviously wanna see him in Cavs uniform until the dreaded day but cmon. Know someone wants to see it too

07 already happened

lol I forgot how bad that team was

Didn't Mike Brown make it the top rated defense tho? Or am I talking about another year

I believe it was that year that he made it into the top defensive team. However, he didn't continue to evolve his defensive schemes as teams evolved their offenses to get around his showing defense.

I thought we had a defensive rating of 91 in '09 though, which is just beastly...

Yep. Browns defensive philosophy was to pack the paint. But once teams started stretching the floor that became outdated.

How good are you when you don't take games seriously and just kind of play around, create assists, anchor the defense, lockdown on defense when the team needs it, etc? Because that's what James has done all season. It's not supposed to be this easy, especially not for someone with that many miles on him. It's incredible, really.

Does the success of Kevin Love help or hurt LeBron's MVP chances?

I think LeBron is helping Love get a lot of open looks. However, you could make the case Love is playing better than Klay Thompson. He's playing better than Bosh did in Miami. Hell you could make the case Love is our 2nd best player.

Just wondering if that will take away from LeBron because of "too much help"

Don't think it hurts his chances. It will be interpreted that LeBron makes his teammates better. The difference this year, in part, is that Love is hitting his shots. He's also simply been utilized better.

Look at Channing Frye as well for evidence of LeBron making his teammates better, for argument's sake.

I think LeBron will be given a TON of credit for Kevin Love's play this year since he's averaging over 9 assists a game and playing like Magic Johnson. It will only help him.

On top of that, Love playing like this is a one way ticket to 65 wins. If we win 65, and LeBron averages 24-9-9....I think he will win MVP.
