This isn't quite the same, but I have stumbled upon many comparisons of Trump to Hitler or Stalin.

Even after explaining how terrible it is to compare the atrocities of jews, Russians,mentally disabled etc being gathered like sheep and run in circles, naked, to eventually being thrown into gas chambers and murdered is criminal and marginalizes how fucking bad that shit was, they double down..

The only way out of that one is showing how unrealistic it is for a "president" to become a "totalitarian dictator".

There's a lot of fear mongering and crazy talk and it's encouraged by politicians and talking heads.

It just makes a really good point.. I forget what it is.. but I'm sure a policy will get put into place because of that conversation.. or won't be put into place.. I don't know, whatever. Who's got bricks to throw?!:adoration:
 
By the way, the white house page already has an issues page in which the say "The Trump Administration will be a law and order administration."

That should scare a lot of people.

Exactly. And that was under a President that didn't have the thinnest skin in human history.
 
Max has resorted to using Piers Morgan as a voice of reason. Scott Baio can't be far behind.

Correct. If trump decides he wants to shoot a nuke only a munity can stop him. He alone has the ability to fire/not fire

I dunno, this probably doesn't hit home the way you want it to while people watch hooligans tear apart the Starbucks on the corner, all because some people voted in a way they don't like.

People probably want a little law and order right now.

EDIT: And the nuke stuff is silly. There's only one man in the history of the world that has used nuclear weapons, and he's considered an amazing President!

There's only one player that's ever incited a brawl in the stands of an NBA arena, and he's considered an amazing defender.

And you're right, it probably doesn't hit home the way it should. But "law and order" has pretty negative connotations in this country.
