Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm on board with Gordon 1A and Coleman 1B. That along with Britt and Improved TE play would be awesome. Once the NFL gets off it's power trip and stops using Gordon to set an example then he can get on with his career. There's guys smoking a lot more pot and using other drugs but they get away with it. If the NFL suspended everyone who smoked pot over half the league wouldn't be playing. Pretty sad when you actually think about it.

It's right around this time where we get news he failed another drug test and has been suspended indefinitely
 
Dont understand what the negative to keeping him around is?

Makes no sense. He isn't a distraction to the team and isn't a locker room issue. IF he turns it around the Browns will look very smart. If he doesn't, who gives a shit?

So we used our 1st pick last year on a WR, signed a good WR in offseason plus used several other picks on WR.

Fooled, not at all, not counting on Gordon for sure.

I am on the fence about letting him back on the team, but I get what Sashi is saying. Too much of a talent to just cut and he really has zero value in the open market right now. Roll with him and see if he is Chris Carter which i know is the exception not the rule.

Gloat about what? No one in here is saying that Gordon will assuredly work out this time. We're saying that keeping him around in the off chance that he has figured it out has no downside outside of fans getting their feelings hurt if he lets us down again.
 
Cutting Gordon has never made any sense and I'm glad the Browns realize that.

For the record, I don't think he ever plays football again. Which is fine.

I just don't want him to have the opportunity to play for another team. He doesn't deserve that.
