I love the show. I think you can argue Twin Peaks was ahead of its time when it aired. Sure, other shows have gone further, but given more leeway to do so.
I still couldn't get over seeing Coop in the Black Lodge; and badly wanting him to get out.
The premier went just like you'd expect from Lynch. Mysterious, ambiguous, some-what confusing, but captivating. By the way, if you didn't watch Twin Peaks to its entire run, don't bother watching unless you have.
You'll be completely lost on what's going on.
Also, what was up with the ending of episode two? I didn't watch the next two yet.

I couldn't stop laughing over that. I always thought James was whiny and ball-less nerd, personally. And I can't recall Shelly and James ever sharing any dialogue about one another. But Shelly suddenly has always thought James was "cool"?
I think another Bobby and James collision is on the horizon.
