Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just a heads up, smelling or thinking about food manufactures insulin secretion. This manifests in the specious belief that you are hungry.

You are not.

Engage that mechanism logically and allow yourself to unhook from it. This should facilitate the mitigation of cravings.

Never been a fan of tren but I got 10ml to cut, kinda like it this time and just said fuck it and got a few more. Upped dosage 50%. Leg immediately felt like it was just used as a punching bag, even though I mixed it with a diluting agent.

Cuts going well.

Avocado nor cheese are filling. Fats are apparently the most filling macro, but I disagree. Complex carbs easily. Easily.

Throwing your back out is such a bunch of bullshit

Although I agree with you, but the worst is sipping on hot coffee and having to do that "pucker lip" suck in a bunch of air while you drink, and having to fart all day at work b/c of it.

I really recommend BeachBody on demand. It runs about $100, but you have access to every workout that they make.

I've been doing Insanity in the morning and picking something random in the afternoon. I like Asylum 1 and 2, Max 30 is a pretty solid workout as well.

Eating a healthy breakfast every morning is going to go out the window this month....

@David. @Akron330 @SuperSurge @WellYouNeednt @The Wizard of Moz @natedagg @AuxiliaryPie

Sorry if I forgot to tag anyone, but you will see it anyhow...

Go to www.myprotein.com and you can get:

2 - 5.5lb bags of Impact Whey Protein, any flavor, for only $49. 11lbs of protein for $49. And shipping is only $4.99

Use the code: FLASH49.

Not sure how long it's going to last. I know some of you take the best of the best protein powders, but this is a fucking steal for pretty decent protein powder.

I literally just did it and it worked. And no, I do not make any $ from this. Just thought I would pass along a great deal.

Haven't bought any a long time. How good of a deal is this?

Had a huge cheat meal last night to celebrate the season. Was not looking forward to the scale this morning.

Down 15 pounds in the last 4 weeks. Keto and a shit load of tren seem to be a good combo

Your classic protein powders from the big box retailers such as Six Star, Body Fortress, etc.. 2lb. containers run anywhere from $18-21.

So you can get 2 of those (4lb) for $36-42.

or

2 - 5.5lb bags (11lb) from myprotein for $49.

One of the flavors I got:

Chocolate Mint Flavor: Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (91%), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Cocoa Powder, Flavoring, Sweetener (Sucralose)

Nutrition:

1 scoop (which there are 200 per bag) = 100 cals, 1.8g fat, 1.5g carbs, 1.6g sugar, 20g protein

So it's not the best protein powder out there by any means. Some people like ~0g sugar (which you can get closer to that with other flavors/unflavored) or more protein per scoop, but you are getting 200 scoops in a bag. and 1.6g sugar is nothing to spill milk over.

Started two weeks before playoffs at 206. Just got down to 183. Basically a lot of biking, swimming, long walks and a 90 percent plant fruit based diet with a few cheating dates. Feel much much better physically with this type of eating plan.

Is it mostly plant?

Complex carbs are easily the best nutrients for diet. Keeps you most full and are lowest in carbs comparatively, and keeps glycogen the most static. It's also cheap as hell.

I dont trust fruit.

I eat a decent amount of all kinds of fruit for snacks, but my main meals revolve around veggies in some form. There are some pretty cool meal options if you are willing to do the research. I can just tell you when I went off Plan and had anything with animal products, I did not feel good the next day. My body adjusted to the new diet and I started really craving plant based foods. It is not easy but def worth it if you are feeling older. Probably the best I have felt in 7 years.
