There is nothing worse than tren cough
It's incredibly fucking painful. And you know its going to happen before it happens, and theres nothing you can do about it. just.. get ready for every liquid above the neck to fall out over the floor over the next 10 minutes - snot, tears, mucuous, spit, sweatThat is an interesting side effect. It must uncomfortable but doesn't it reassure that the steroids are actually working?

Im 5 years in so I kinda forget and should research everything again, but it should mean that its legitimate gear. even so much as a molecule in your bloodstream and you're layed out on the floor for a bit. Whether or not it works is another question. It could have been cooked with a smaller amount of the actual compound in it (basically like cutting cocaine and throwing in some other agent): as long as even a trace amount of tren made its way into the vial, you're vulnerable to hacking your lungs out.
Has anyone tried Intermittent Fasting?
I've done it for a month now, and I lost 6 lbs.
Never once worried about the type of food I ate. Just straight out replaced breakfast with a cup of coffee. Ate lunch around 12. Ate dinner around 7pm. And maybe a snack somewhere in between.
And what I have eaten has been really unhealthy(like cheeseburgers and pizza) and I still lost weight because I am just eating at a calorie deficiency by the end of the day/week.
I haven't tried it but I heard some people get results. It just doesn't fit my lifestyle/job. My job requires a lot of a.t.d. and if I didn't eat breakfast, I wouldn't be able to give 100% focus/I would be hangry.
Hey, do some more research on IT because what I have read and experienced is that IT will actually help with focus and concentration.
Sure, the first few days the body might give you some trouble because you are messing with its routine, but once you get used to it, you will wonder why you ever ate breakfast your whole life before and how meaningless those calories were for your system.
