Series 29 blue jays @ Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Lonnie, my bad.

Kip, Lindor, Santana, Salazar, Tomlin, Bauer, Perez, Naquin, Napoli, Davis, Miller, Allen, Shaw, Otero. All having much worse years. Lot of important pieces there. Good thing Brantley's back healthy.

You're great at conversations btw.

Naquin, Davis and Napoli aren't even in Cleveland.

Kipnis has regressed and been injured. Santana has been below average.

Lindor is fine, so are Miller and Allen. Having marginally less stellar years while still being all star caliber.

Like, what the fuck are you even complaining about?

Is there any history of pitchers intentionally taking a couple mph off of all of their pitches to avoid wear and tear and increase clntrol? Or is their throwing motion so set in stone that trying to back off of it slightly would affect their control and make things worse or make things worse all around.

I ask in reference to a guy like Salazar.

I feel like the answer is yes, but I also feel like if it was done routinely, there may be some arm issues because of altered mechanics. AZ or Bimbo would know more.

Andrew Miller with the leap from a 1.55 era to a 1.69

Much worse year

Brandon Guyer 3 run double, 4-0 knocking Happ out early.

Guyer MVP of the team

Guyer disciplined enough to shorten his swing with 2 strikes.

I know he's on a roll, but really no need for Kluber to be out there right now. We're up 7 and he was just dealing with a neck thing. Why push him...

If it was an actual issue, they'd have skipped his start with 6 man rotation.

It wasn't.

You literally just bitched about them taking Salazar out on his first start off the DL

It was 18 hours ago for Christ's sake, be consistent

Next 7 games pose a great opportunity to gain some ground while playing against some bad teams (1 vs. CIN, 3 vs. LAA, 3 @ CHW)

Every team we play in August is over .500, with 2 series against Kansas City and 1 @ Minnesota.
