I have an issue with the fact that Tristan is not just a little bit better screener, he is the best screener on the team. Kevin Love e can't set a screen to save his life. Her slips it 99% of the time.

really fucking fast, since Kyrie is a better player than Love and people immediately began saying he's trash once he was traded.

not sure KYrie is conductive to winning for this team, atleast not in the RS.

Love was one of the best big man in the league according to RPM for a few years now.. while Kyrie was barely average. I guess Love did something right.

I don't have a problem with Love really.. my problem is with Lue.

In my frustration allow me to fancy trade scenarios for this guy. I think these are realistic for both sides.

Cavs get: Maker, Monroe
Bucks get: Love

Cavs get: Cousins, Solomon Hill
NO gets: Love, Osman

Cavs get: MKG, Kaminsky, Zeller
Hornets get: Love, Shumpert

Dude. You have got to be kidding me.

Look at Love's numbers. They are near elite. Especially for a player who could not control when he got the ball(a dilemma for almost all post players in the modern NBA) and who was the third option on his team.

Now look at the averages of comparable players or any players you'd like to trade him for. You do realize that these players, just like Love, don't get their exact average night in and night out. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less. Sometimes it's hyper efficient, sometimes it's poor efficiency.

If you think Love was bad or lacking last year, I would question your ability to understand basketball
If you are simply overreacting to last nights game, stop, breath, relax, and exercise reason.

Also, all three of those trades are disasters.

We couldn't even make it past the pre-season before the Love trade scenarios are coming out. Some of you guys are pathetically predictable.

Everyone's worried about spacing and the lack of long-distance shooters in the starting lineup. Newsflash: Love made the third most 3's at the PF position last year at a respectable clip. When comparing him to C's last year, he made the most 3's at the second highest clip.

His job isn't to shut down centers. His job is to stretch the floor, which is tantamount to getting the most out of players like Rose, Wade, and Green.

Yes, he's going to look great all year living on the perimeter and opening a turnstile to the rim. Then once we get to the finals he'll get exposed and ran off the court again. LeBron will leave...and then hopefully you all will be happy rebuilding around Love's spectacular numbers.

Anyone that's understands basketball understands that numbers do not always translate to winning.

He basically is the starting power forward already. Unless you think Jae Crowder who scores via threes and cuts, never posts up, and is shorter than Lebron is the power forward.

If the offense slows down, he just might.

Yes--this!

The BEST part of moving Love to the 5 is that LBJ must play more like a 4 on defense.

LBJ as a 4 is the GREATEST outcome of trading Kyrie.

This is another reason why starting Wade is fucking stupid. It absolutely diminishes the value of LBJ as a 4.

LeBron obviously hates the 4. But maybe he’s realizing the position move is imminent.

He doesn't hate the 4. If he did, he would not have advocated for Love starting the 5.

If Crowder will be defending the best opposing wing player (which we know he will), then LBJ will be playing the "free safety" 4 on defense.

The question is how do we maximize our weapons on offense with Love at the 5, and Crowder playing the "stretch 4" role on the offensive end?

We do so by letting LBJ play as an attacking wing on offense, and a "free safety" 4 on defense.

This means that Wade and Rose should not be starting together with such a lineup. It's really that simple.

LeBron's gotta work harder and be a good weakside rim protector.

Its kinda ironic, but LeBron really needs to play like Durant to help us on both offense and defense.
