Had gone 14 appearances and 18+ innings.
 
I don't blame anyone on the Indians. Totally different when you are the underdog and not favored in any series like we were last year. You can swing freely, pitch your own pitches, and be aggressive. When Vegas puts you at the top and you just won 102 games, you don't want to make that look like a fantasy and the team choked. I'm a Cleveland fan and I can take it. I'm not happy about it but I can go to bed tonight and sleep fine. Because, as a Cleveland fan, I go by our motto...WFNY!

I will be back when Spring training begins. For me, baseball season is over. Don't care about the rest of 2017 season.

Sweep easy? It was a goddamn miracle we won Game 2. Kluber was off from the very beginning of the playoffs. All the talk about him not starting Game 5 with an extra day rest made no fuckin sense because he started Game 2 with an extra day rest.

What happens if he starts Game 1 on normal rest like every other fucking manager in baseball would have done? Is he his normal self? Because if so, we win the series.

I was as vicious about Francona's roster decisions as anyone on this board, but no roster or pitching rotation decision is the reason they lost this series.

Up 2-0 with Fangraphs No. 6, No. 22 and No. 2 WAR pitchers going... it's pretty much a choke to the max degree.
 
This roster is going to look pretty different. I can't say that I'm feeling good about it.
 
This team deserves better than you sorry lot of fans.

I'm not putting it all on him, dude.

You can find a post of mine days ago posting a pic of the all-stars saying these guys need to show up.

They never did. None of them did.

To me, this year was wasted and will be nothing more than anger inducing for me. 1996 all over again.

That doesn’t mean it actually has to happen EVERY GOD-DAMNED TIME.

No fan-base goes through what we go through. The Curse was supposed to be broken. Looks like it only took a day off.

I also don’t get the point you’re trying to make here. You’re exactly right, it’s about 5 games, not 162. So every game absolutely deserves to be micro-analyzed and overreacted to.

Just too much has to go right in baseball though.

Being realistic, we need a decent amount of luck to have a team more talented than this one.

We're likely going to lose some very significant pieces to free agency without the means to really replace them.

The division sucks, so that will help but we are most certainly taking a decent size step back next year IMO.
