What does do nothing mean? They wont win the title? Is that all that counts and the only way for Harden to prove himself?

Because if so, congrats. They won't win the title. There is only one team that will. But Harden could throw up the greatest series of his life and that will still be true.

Set up some ground rules to test your theory against beyond just winning the title.

Harden choked against Golden State in round 1 two years ago.

But everyone has bad series. LeBron has had multiple. It happens.

Usually I’d say just keep him and make it work but CP3 and Harden are EXTREMELY redundant. Wade and Bron were too but both could play from the post and both played off the ball at an elite level. CP3 never has been asked to play off the ball ever. CP3 May have possibly been the exact superstar that Houston could’ve gotten that did not make their team better or worse. I also like what Kenny said on inside the NBA. That maybe the CP3 trade was supposed to be in conjunction with getting Carmelo and if they knew they couldn’t get Melo from the start they would’ve not got CP3

They're actually not much alike, at all. Outside both preferring to have the ball in their hands.

Trading CP3 is insane. He instantly makes every team better. Why would you do that?
 
So pumped for the first full slate of games in the NBA tonight. Can watched with interested detachment with the Cavs off.

Especially interested in the PHI-WAS matchup, BOS-MIL, and DEN-UTA

Was pumped for MIN-SAS, but Kawhi is out tonight.

It's probably the most excited I've been to watch a regular season outside of the Cavs in quite some time.
 
John Wall has to be a dark horse MVP candidate this year, imo.
 
Don't know if anyone is watching Philly but Ben Simmons is the point guard. He brings the ball up and initiates the offense. Not Bayless.
 
Embiid is a beast. Simmons looks like the most dominant player on the court. He's really controlling this game.

Yeah, they've said they were gonna having him at PG since they drafted him. For a team of young guys they look very poised.
 
If they can get a good year health wise from Embiid these 76ers are going to easily make playoffs
 
Philly is going to be very good sometime soon if everyone stays healthy.

Why did they draft Fultz if Simmons is going to play pg?
 
Man, if LeBron thinks of leaving to try and find a better spot to beat the Warriors........the Sixers could be it. Embiid is......amazing. Just watching this game if they can actually stay healthy that's a 45 win team.

I don't expect them to stay healthy though.
