You cannot cite those 3P% statistics in isolation as being significant of anything in particular, it could be a drop-off in ability or it could be he isn't getting the good looks he got by sharing the floor with LeBron. I'll argue it was the latter. Delly brought hustle, physicality and attitude to the defense as well as savvy play-making and 3P shooting in Cleveland, where he was the better fit. The Cavs missed him last year and they still miss him. To back that up, Lue actually had Shump playing point guard this year. Delly was the anti-Shump for Cleveland, an antidote to the malaise. It's not exactly like Delly has been lighting it up for Milwaukee. After back to back seasons of shooting 40 percent from three for the Cavs, Delly shot 36.7% from three last season and is shooting 37.1 % from three this year. In fact from the field in general, he shot a woeful 39% last year and an even worse 38.3% this year. And though he went to Milwaukee to be starter, he was relegated to the bench before long last season and has continued in that role this year.
