Trump administration will appeal DACA ruling directly to the Supreme Court after federal judge orders president not to let illegal immigration program end in March
The Justice Department launched a frontal assault Tuesday on a judge's ruling that protected beneficiaries of the DACA program from the threat of its termination in March.
The Department of Justice said it would go directly to the Supreme Court to establish that the White House can legally shutter Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, an Obama-era executive order that offered deportation protection and work permits to hundreds of thousands of people who entered the U.S. illegally as children.
U.S. District Judge William Alsup granted a request a week ago to block the administration from ending DACA while lawsuits play out. He also ordered the administration to resume accepting renewal applications from people already enrolled in the program.....

This order was more of the more outrageous examples of judicial overreach I've ever seen, and I'm sure the Supreme will overturn it whenever it gets there. Whether or not they take that direct appeal is a different question, although I think they should.
At some point, the Supreme Court has to address this ridiculous doctrine that the alleged motivation behind a Presidential or legislative act determines legality/constitutionality. Laws, orders, etc., should be judged on their own merits.

The Admiral Dr. basically said in a nice way ("he and I agree he needs to lose 10-15 lbs") that yes, Trump is fat and that he has high cholesterol that is managed by meds.
So, I don't think anyone is wrong in saying that he is pretty much what someone would expect with a moderately healthy 72 year-old.
He isn't the most healthy person to ever run for office as that wacky doctor said in 2016, but it seems he isn't about to drop dead either.
At age 71.....yeah, he can be the same height and weight as Dak and be considered reasonably healthy.
He’s asked to be the President....not a cage fighter.

The people who believe Trump's mental fitness was put to bed with a physical exam and dementia test reaaaallly coming off as a bit desperate to change the story.
