The Browns new experiment: How many "football guys" does it take to fuck up a draft?

This made me think of a weird question.
Who does everyone believe was the Browns best coach and GM since we returned the NFL.....
Butch?
Savage?
Ughhhhh
Butch and Savage. By a mile.
Hopefully Trumaine Johnson is one of the big guys.Serious question. I am sure the Browns have identified 3 to 4 guys that they really want in free agency when the dead period ends that they want to sign in the first 2 to 3 days. Who are those guys on thier A list? I think there is probably two big names and two smaller names that they will heavily target in the first wave.
Then two weeks later in wave two another 2 to 3 guys who are much smaller names to help fill back of roster.

I would imagine with Gregg Williams still in the mix that the Browns will be players for Trumaine Johnson and LaMarcus Joyner of the Rams.

I'm not sure Joyner has any interest in Gregg Williams misplaying him as a cornerback again after breaking out once he left.
