I have seen more than enough of Penny for a lifetime. He burnt Wyoming more than a few times in his career . He was the backup to Darnell Pumphrey and was the main return man for the Aztecs. Pumphrey is the alltime leading rusher in the NCAA, and Penny is just as good if not better than Pumphrey. He is a great receiver out of the backfield, can run with power and speed. He can be a great back in the right system.

I assume @Ohio doesn't know how to feel, because on the one hand he hates Mayfield but on the other he's an insufferable OSU homer. Tough call. Maybe a hate boner?

Id rather go Reid than Jackson just cause we put a lot of money and assets into CB already and we do need another S in my opinion.

You also have a ton of WRs, RBs, etc available so upgrade the offense we can do as well.

I like Josh Jackson, but this is an opportunity to build that D-Line.
