LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Who knows if there's any truth to this, but if there is the Cavs are very dumb for not going for it.

Sure, pay full asking price for the house with a potentially leaky roof and may be knocked down next year.

The fact SA asked for Love + 8 means the better offer isn't on the table from BOS. Cavs are smart to let this play on. TT + 8 + ? is exactly how I'd counter too.

Sure, try getting him for less, but if not then give them what they're asking for. Walking away because you refuse to part with both would be very foolish.

If it happens I think it will be a 3 way trade of some sort. I think George Hill will end up being the player instead of TT. We will take on a bad contract from a 3rd team and the Spurs will get the compensation from that, if it's a player or asset. Spurs end up with Hill+#8+another asset/player from 3rd team.

Although didn’t Steven A have the goods on Lebron in 2010. I could of sworn he was the one who broke the bron to Miami deal.

Then in 2014 it seemed like he didn’t know jack.....

One hit in 8 years. Big fucking deal. He lost his Lebron source a long time ago. He’s been wrong on everything sense.

Ya, I'm sure the Cavs don't have any visions of stealing Kawhi for #8, TT, and a role player.

CP3 is recruiting Lebron. In that same twitter account, Lebron wants Cavs to trade 8th pick for an allstar.

Just tried this on trade machine:

Cavs get: Kawhi, Kemba, Howard

Spurs get: Love, Cedi, Batum, 2018 8th pick and 11th pick

Hornets get: Aldridge, Hill, Clarkson, Nance, 2018 18th pick (from Spurs)

Spurs get Love, Cedi, and 2 high picks in a deep draft. Charlotte gets Aldridge, 2 young players, massive salary relief, and still gets a later pick in a deep draft.

PG: Kemba, Calderon (or other vet min)
SG: Hood, JR
SF: Kawhi, Korver
PF: Lebron, Green
C: Howard, TT, Zizic

Edit: It probably makes more sense that Hornets would prefer Nance back instead of Zizic.

If that's what San Antonio wants, you give it to them. It's almost a no-brainer, which is why I think it's not accurate.

Not even going to speculate what it will take from the Cavs to get Kawhi. What I do believe is that if Pop believes keeping him is not in the cards, his respect for LeBron will play into this, and he will send Kawhi to Cleveland and say "Go beat the damn Warriors."

I think LeBron is worth so much to the franchise in terms of
-sponsorship
-ticket sales
-tv dollars
-marketing for the q.
-marketing for quicken loans, fathead
-the downtown economy
(all of this by proxy)

That yes. You listen to the man and get him what he wants. Luxury Cap be damned? I'm sure Gilbert comes out on top in this.

This is an economic game here.

When he hangs it up? you can skimp it to hell and just tank for 5 years. But you need to maximize the value you're going to get now.
