Okay, let's look at him.
The Browns signed him in 2008. In March 2009, he committed vehicular manslaughter and was suspended by the NFL for a year. The NFL reinstated him from his suspension the day after the Superbowl, and he was terminated immediately by the Browns. So from the second Stallworth committed that murder, he was never on the active roster, and never wore a Browns uniform again.
Pointing to him and saying "we've had murderers on the team" as if the Browns tolerated his conduct is utter B.S..
