2019 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
My Board at 17 would look something like this right now:

1. Devin White - LB - LSU - Mentioned him yesterday, but he's an elite player who seems to be undervalued right now. Just a notch below Roquan Smith as a prospect for me. Will he fall this far? I don't know, its certainly possible. But he's a future defensive captain and in this league its imperative that you have linebackers who can run, hit and cover. White checks all three with emphasis.

2. Greg Little - OT - OleMiss - Every time I watch him I see an elite LT. His team was comically bad this season, so maybe he's getting tagged for how bad they were? He's lengthy, great size, good athleticism. Really think he is just a touch below Jonah Williams as a prospect, who most know I'm very high on.

3. Cody Ford - OT - Oklahoma - This dude is Jason Peters redux. Massive power and enough athleticism to play either tackle spot. Interested in his arm length this off-season, if it checks out (I think it will) he should be right up there with Little. Nasty player, will be a very good pro.

Gone: Jonah Williams, Nick Bosa, Ed Oliver, Greedy Williams, Josh Allen, Quennin Williams, Clelin Ferrell.

Who is this year’s hybrid safety who can become a stud LB in the NFL?

Very good stuff. The hiring of Wilks puts added value on replacing Collins and upgrading the group on general. When Luke Kuechly played in high school and early in college, I thought he would be a strong safety because he is so good in coverage. I am on board with your assessment of White, and if he is not there the Browns need to prioritize the ability to cover from the position.

I still see Ford as a very good right guard at the next level, but measurables will clear that up.

Damn right. Tre Lamar has the tools. Devin Bush has a former strong safety as a father. I want the measurables on Te'Von Coney.

I am high on Chase Hansen and Ben Burr-Cirven later in the draft. Hansen is a Mormon and might be a "man among boys" but he is a former safety. The Washington kid is undersized but knows how to cover.

I just cant behind drafting anyone named Greg Little, that name has been ruined for me.

Great list, I haven't spent enough time looking at OT's, nor do I know exactly what to look after when evaluating them, but White is a fucking baller, I would not hate him in the first at all.

I would add Christian Wilkins, DT out of Clemson, to the list of possible 17th round prospects. He's extremely technical and and has an unbelievable motor, and plays extremely smart from what I've been able to gather. He's probably not going to be the most eyepopping athlete at the combine, but he's still quick off the snap and has very good hands.

Nasir Addeley out of Delaware is getting a lot of hype going into the Senior bowl as a top level Safety.

I know highlights aren't exactly sound scouting material but... Man, his highlight tape is great.

Got to assume if we like a player that could be had by trading draft picks to move up a few slots, that's a move we consider.

How much does a 3rd round pick typically move that needle? Wonder if there are any stats captured like that.

I was all “oh whatever another highlight tape but I will go ahead and ...WOAH”. The first play was epic and he looked way better than the competition. Hopefully the hype is kept bottled up.”

Adderly can really play. Could play himself into the first round this off-season.

I think Adderly could get into the top 15 or 20 easily. His game tape is the personification of a chef's kiss.

I'm really on the Wilkins train if he can test adequately. I love White and I'd be interested in Devin Bush as well, but Christian Wilkins could be a fantastic fit next to Ogunjobi.
