I know he’s joking, but having this mentality is CRITICAL to long term success in the NFL and so many coaches don’t have this.
It’s maddening to see how pervasive “old school, we’ve always done it this way” mentality is.
Progressivism is a large part of winning culture.
Already knew this but thanks to Twitter, it is confirmed Browns have the best fan base

How the hell were the Browns a “6 seed,” though? Considering how deep, and present, we’ve been since ‘99, I’d say we earned the #1 spot, and should’ve walked away with this title.
Says right at the top that seeding is based on twitter followers.
Everything going our way (even the insignificant things) makes me worry.
Something bad has to happen eventually, right? I've been a Browns fan my whole life. This has been the best run of luck (starting with hiring Buddy Boy) I can ever remember.
