I support Watson facing his transgressions in a court of law.
I also support him playing football.

I do not, ever, wish to ignore a woman's criminal complaint, but the fact that their complaints were specifically solicited certainly gives me pause.
To Watson: Get this settled, pay the price, and play ball. And be a better person.

I think the NFL is poorly suited to dish out suspensions for off-field conduct. Let the criminal and civil justice systems handle it, and then teams can impose additional discipline if they believe it is warranted. NFL is always going to be a prisoner of the moment.

The women in the NY Times report who didn't join the suit but are backing the allegations of Watson behaving inappropriately and/or pushing for more stands out most to me.

*obligatory Adult in the Room joke*

Which is why i think its been said the NFL needs to wait to see what happens with this trial. If the NFL is really that worried about how they look, then put Watson on the commissioners exempt list.

I imagine the networks would love having Watson on the field. As we've seen from idiots like Bayless, Cowherd, and SAS becoming famous for their shit opinions, controversy draws eyeballs. Also, if pro wrestling has taught me anything, it's that people love to tune in to hate a heel.

The pork chop needs to relisten to the interview.

But it is worth a listen for those curious. Basically 45 were known, but 66 is a new number and 23 and 24 are new as well. McClain expected 6-8 before this week but then he cuts out when he talks about a new number (at least my audio did). But definitely sounded like he was going to increase that.

The #metoo movement is at a crossroads just as Watson using lines of helping black businesses with intentions of sexual assault crushing the hypocrisy of these social justice movements.

Watson is a horrible person, but a good football player.
