The Gold is Golder: New uniforms to come?

Last night at the Cavs season ticket holder event, it was announced the Cavs will be announcing new alternate uniforms.
No pictures, except they said they would be very unique. With possibly a homage to the MetroParks.
 
Oof those are awful.
Love the Celtics and Suns ones though.

Considering the Wine, White, and Black jerseys they put out for this season I'm not holding out a ton of hope, but as we saw with our alternate from last year, maybe, just maybe we can get one that doesnt look like a practice jersey.
 
I love the new uniforms. I like that they're clean and simple. I disagree that they look like practice uniforms. I think people are afraid of new trends and change but I'm tired of always looking at minor variations on the same theme all the time. IDGAF if we don't have a bunch of stripes and piping, that's the same old same old.

The black ones they wore tonight were fine. Unsure about the others yet.

Yeah, this was leaked several months ago surprisingly. Seems legit. It’s also ugly as sin.

I refuse to believe that Daniel Arsham guy (or any professional designer) designed this...it’s so incongruent from the other uniforms and that drop shadow (only on Land, too) looks hideous.
 
Is this the one that's supposed to be Metroparks themed?
