2023 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

I don’t know why, but I’ve thought Hyatt would be a guy Berry would be intrigued with but it also worries me because Hyatt seems like he has bust potential and you can find similar skillsets later in this draft..

It would be reallllly interesting if JSN would fall to 42…

Doubt JSN falls out of the first but if he’s there with our first pick, I’d be completely on board. He seems pretty bust proof. Too polished to fail unless it’s off the field shit or bad work ethic.

My concern with JSN is health. Has he played a full season?

Agree entirely with you. People drool over X receivers, and he isn’t one.

But he’s clearly an otherworldly slot guy from an agility testing standpoint, and in the modern NFL, that has insane value.

What makes you think JSN can't play X?

I haven't dug into any tape yet, but my assumption is he can beat press man off the line, which is what you need out of your X.

I just think he’s an elite slot player. He should be continuously in motion, and just abusing defenders.

It’s more of a why see if he’s an X, when you know he’s A tremendous slot?

A lot of guys who are premier X receivers also play a ton of slot. Michael Thomas, Tyreek Hill and Nuk come to mind.

I guess it's just difference of the way we talk about guys. I talk about what they can do--and I think he can play X.
