You're probably right. Anderson is a beast, but QB's always go first, all things being equal.

Yeah, Jalen Carter is also a generational DT. He was, by far, the best player on that Georgia line this year.

It's not even close. I have only seen Young 6 times and all of Stroud's games. I was skeptic of Stroud the first 3 or 4 games but as season went on he grew a lot. Stroud doesn't have a cannon like the late Haskins but its close. He can make all the NFL throws. Has above average athletic ability to move around pocket and extend plays. Plus intelligence and leadership ability is top notch. I see him at as a poor mans Rodgers. Ceiling of all pro and floor of starting NFL QB.

I need to watch Young more. When I watched I expected better then Stroud and I never saw that. All the media pounded me with that Young is best QB in college and I didn't see it. He is smaller and I thought his decision making was poorer and slower than Stroud. Was he better then Alabama's last 2 starting QBs Tua and Hunt--yes. I need to see more to tell ya how much better.

Yeah I definitely think Young is certainly capable of being a hell of a QB.

Stroud can improve the pocket footwork and get out and show the athleticism a bit more. There is just so much there from a physical and arm strength perspective that is so exciting to see from CJ, that separates him by a pretty good bit.


Both are must watch.
