I agree with the Defensive part. Im not so sure about the offense though, but i could see it working with LeBron Slashing and dumping it off to shaq and if doubled he kicks it out to Mo for open shots.....i will just have to withhold judgement until it happens..

It wouldn't surprise me at all that he's still available for the right price, even moreso with the revelation that the cap and luxury tax barriers are going to fall which would send a team like the Suns spiraling into the red.

I think the main point of contention there is that they aren't going to give him up for crap, they're going to want a great deal. Maybe if their pipe dreams fall through they'll turn to a lesser deal like ours if we're willing to beef it up a little.

People are just dumb. Many people just want to trade but it's not simple like that. Sometimes it's best not to do anything than make a dumb move. So many naive people around the world today.

Can somebody just take one for the team and just kill Stephen A Smith? Maybe that guy who threatened Adrian Wojnarowski a while back? Can we get him in on this? I just cannot stand to listen to this guy's made-up information any longer.

I could see it working with LBJ slashing and dumping it off to shaq. or they double down and he kicks it out to mo...I totally agree on the defensive part tho.

If they're asking for Gay, Warrick, Conley, AND a pick, to trade Amare to a team that he will likely not want to re-sign with, then I still think their expectations of what they're going to get for Amare are far divorced from what we are willing to give up to get him.

My question is, how come now that the CAVS have a nice sized expiring contract, no teams act like they want to trade, but in years past teams would be killing themselves just to get a contract like that.

I still think something's brewing with us PHX... whether it be Amar'e or Shaq. Either one i'd be happy with. Plus, Shaq is one hell of a passer.

Memphis would be nuts to trade all that young talent for Amare just a season removed from dumping Pau Gasol for KWAME brown. He'd be gone in a season.

because teams don't want Wally's expiring when Portland's Raef Lafrentz expiring is more attractive

Mr. Wine and Gold, can you say whether Amare is still possibly an option for us now?

If they really are still trying to move him, that has to be Sarver not Kerr. So I don't know, could we find a 3rd team like OKC, who are apparently desperate to get rid of certain guys since their trade fell apart. Maybe Phoenix would want Joe Smith or Wilcox or Watson.
