Week 1: Bengals @ Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You're going to continue to be this fucking stupid?

They play different positions. This has been explained to you MULTIPLE times.

Figure out a way to make things stick in your brain for once. Watkins is off the roster because Goodwin came back healthy.

Bell got a roster spot over Watkins as much as Hopkins and Hughlett did.
I get what you're saying, they do different things, but it sounds a little ridiculous to say they don't play the same position. Bottom line is I'd rather have Watkins catching passes than Bell.

Defense demoralizes the opponent's offense.
Special teams coverage plays effectively and mistake-free.
Kicker makes kicks he's supposed to, which doesn't allow the opponent a psychological toe hold.

Very small sample size, but the contrast from last year couldn't be more stark. Lead could/should have been bigger, but color me encouraged so far.

Some (way too) early thoughts:

The difference in the team's play on defense and special teams from a year ago is STAGGERING.

The talent with Watson is obviously there and his reads have been money. Need to keep the ball off the fucking ground though. I'm hoping weather is the primary culprit. That throw he floated in to DPJ on the final drive was unbelievably good.

Chubb is going to be a first team all pro.

Having a dual threat QB in today's NFL feels like cheating.

It's really nice to see a kicker kick a ball that topples end over end in a straight line.

I hate using this overplayed phrase but……

LETS Freaking GO!

What about removing the apostrophe to make it proper but hyped and say:

LET US FUCKING DO THIS

you keep swearing to maintain the emphasis and caps to represent your own intensity but we also show we are above abbreviated verbiage. Idk something to think about.

Yeah I mean Watkins could run that same route Bell ran and it’s almost absolute money he’s reeling it in.

He had one drop on a wet play, i dont think he is a starter level WR in the nfl, but he has skill
Hit him right in the chest, man.

I’m willing to give him some more time and hope he at least shows some flashes (I really liked the pick at the time), but you gotta make those kinds of catches even if the conditions aren’t great.

Cleveland is basically nothing but shitty conditions during the football season.

Dude. When will you understand?

WRs are simply not allowed to run that route. It's against some kind of rules and stuff.

And players are forbidden from playing or learning both the slot and the WR positions. I think it's something in the union's CBA.

Alright let’s have Daddy Chubb ice this shit and get these loser bengals out of our city crying like the BABIES they are

Losing the TO battle (redzone nonetheless) and up by 10. Seems like they actually have their shit together. No mistakes except for Ford who fumbled and basically killed another drive with a terrible decision.

Giving up 98 total yards to the Bengals in a half is a huge W. If Woods was still here they would have doubled that number.

Schwartz aggressive D ftw!
Yeah someone else said it but moving Myles around and him bursting through the middle, disrupting the pocket has been huge in throwing Burrow off. Helps to have competent help beside him to finish the play.
