If the Browns had run on 2nd down, the 49ers would have used their 2nd timeout and then their final timeout on 3rd down.
The only thing the Browns lost out on was SF not burning all their timeouts.
They ended up not even using their final timeout on their final possession btw.

Meh.
I don't think the defense even played that poorly against the Ravens. The offense was just so horrendously inept.
Ravens only had 296 yards that game.
