He never his knee or is experiencing knee soreness.

Normally integral whether it’s a high volume shooting day or low volume with the gravity his motion on the court creates

why does it matter that Porter is an undrafted rookie? do you feel as if he somehow has to bide his team even if observers like yourself believe he is talented? or are you just talking about how it's not that uncommon for nba coaches not to trust rookies?

you have typed UDFA a lot this year but i don't think it means exactly what you suggest it means in this case. we could look at Porter as the exact kind of rookie (drafted or not) who needs development now specifically because his nba window is shorter since he spent more time in college. he has lost 3-4 years of development compared to other DFA.

if he is not getting minutes in NBA games, then he should be getting 30 minutes/game in the D-league. otherwise this is wasteful treatment by coach and gm, tbh. not just the coach.

i could care less if he was drafted this year. he needs to be developed, and time is ticking.
