When I was in high school we’d go across the street for Thanksgiving dinner. The hostess cooked a turkey for 24 hours. The bird would collapse completely into stringy meat that was inedible.
 
Looks like it's going to be a quiet deadline day for us. Which is cool. I was worried they would trade for John Konchar.

I mean I would do Jerome, Jones and a 2nd. But Konchar would likely sit on the end of the bench unless Strus got hurt. So I guess it's a great insurance policy. But to me it would seem like making a trade for the sake of making a trade.
 
All these words typed up, all those mock trades you made…..it all amounted to nothing. You won’t get that time back hoss.
