2016-2017 Around The NBA

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I actually think the Kings are making a good move if they move him

I think a lot of you guys overlook just how much of a headcase Cousins is

A great talent he is. Someone I could ever see making it to the second round of the playoffs on a team he is the best player for he is not

Ugh, no. We could have at least gotten a hobbled and depressed Paul George out of one of the best centers in the league. Buddy fucking Hield? C'mon now. I'd like to be wrong though. Hope to see a hint of Harden in his game.

From the King's perspective, hard to tell a dude he has to give $219M to a crazy man. Might have been a better deal out there, but I bet there is a certain level of relief being felt this evening. Pressure off!

I think by being traded, Cousins just lost $40m off his max extension...

Cousins was being interviewed when he found out he was traded:

nearly every player that has never won a championship has a fatal flaw which is the reason they'll never win a title. skip bayless is still trying to discredit every title lebron has ever won because he staked his career to that nonsense narrative. not saying cousins will win one, but the "headcase" flaw is just another in a long line of reasons why ___ player can't win, until they do

Cousins was being interviewed when he found out he was traded:

It's obvious he didn't want to be traded; he wanted an extension in Sacramento; and got traded anyway.

It's what he gets for being a headcase... But the Kings really fucked up here, IMHO. They could've gotten much more at next year's deadline.
