To be fair... They were textbook PIs in college. You gotta turn your head to locate the ball as a defender or they will call face guarding every time.

Face guarding is legal in college. Illegal in the nfl. The calls were wrong

In all seriousness, that's a terrific hire for Minnesota, especially with everything that they have going on right now. A little surprised he took it at first, but then again... not really. He got to stay on and coach his team in the Cotton Bowl distraction free, it's a mid-tier Big Ten job, he's still only 36 years old, and WMU is losing a lot of senior talent making another repeat performance of this season pretty unlikely.
