That can seem like a trivial thing to some people, but I don't really think it is. At least to many people on "my" side, the PC really meant "the silencing of everyone who disagreed with liberal orthodoxy." It included feelings about BLM and the targeted killings of cops. And I think that's a version of it on display upthread with the woman ranting that a vote for Trump was a against "my America", and that "this is not your America."
A big FU to those who said there was only one acceptable POV. Heck, with the reaction to Trump's win, including the Electoral College war and it's Hollywood allies, I truly feel that if Clinton had won this election, it might have been the last truly free/fair one we'd get.

I understand the PC arguement, but heard it more on a "he's a loose cannon who can't be tamed" POV than what you were mentioning.
