2017-2018 Around the NBA

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nevermind.

Thought Blatt had won the Eurocup , which in fact it's a BO3 series in the Eurocup and not a BO1 like the Euroleague.

Sigh...lol

I think Washington's going to listen to trade offers for Wall this offseason and build around Beal and Porter. He just mucks them up.

Philly is getting away with murder on the boards, tripping over each other and getting Hawks called for fouls, and has shot 20 free throws at the half and is only up 6.

Jazz destroying the Warriors. Looking incredible. Really love their style of play, no one players dominates the ball, tons of ball and player movement, players all happy to make the hockey assist, really soild team basketball with excellent fundamentals.

Star power might be the decider in the playoffs but I would love for a team set up to play in this fashion to find some success. Without Curry I think they might be able to take GSW in a series, that defense is just smothering.

Ya I just looked at the score right before you read your post....like 62-33 Utah. Stomping them right now

Amazing Philly just needed to lose 1 game in their 15 or so games and won every one. Would been nice to get #3 seed.

Nowhere near the same team without Curry, who is more important to them than Durant though not in isolation a better player. Just one of those fascinating crinkles to the game.

Golden State have been in that Cavs going through the motions mindset for much of the season, maybe it is inevitable for successful teams.

Jazz defense is absolutely bonkers, Gobert absolutely destroys anything coming anywhere near the basket, holding the Warriors to 33 points at the half is very impressive

I look at it a slight bit differently...

Curry may be more important than Durant but Draymond Green is more important than both when everyone is healthy and clicking...

His motor, desire, production and leadership is nowhere to be found... Curry has been missing for sometime but they better get the real Draymond Green back if they want any shot at winning a title...

Klay and Draymond look like totally different players playing without Curry, They should give half their salaries to Curry he literally made them esp Donkey dude is no where near an AllStar level player talent.

Green is their X Factor. Having a bunch of great perimeter shooters is one thing. However if you have a big body that is quick, can pass & defend and you will net a billion switches and open looks.

Seriously what is happening tonight? I thought maybe their guys were out, but everyone is in. What is Utah doing?

Low key Green has had something of a down year. I agree you with his importance but he is the type who needs the others to be buying in to emphasize his strengths.

In other thoughts, Rubio with a shot would be a great fit next to Lebron, high quality defensive player, both man and team, only really struggles against the absurdly quick types, outstanding playmaker, little ego. Like a Mecha Delly.

It's hard to go to four straight finals. Draymond is smaller than TT, but, like TT, he bangs with bigger players night in and night out. He may be going through the same problems TT is (on the court, at least).
