How bout a trade centered on KI and Boogie? Looks like Boogie lost a lot of weight, a frontcourt of Boogie, Love and LBJ would be nice... but doesn't really improve the Cavs defensively and leaves a big hole at the PG position unless LBJ plays point guard on offense full time...

Not even sure if it makes sense with NO now since they gave Holiday that ridiculous contract...

It probably is unlikely but with Bron I wouldn't bet against it.

If Griffin got the NYK gig... he probably would have pushed for a KI trade, even if it includes KP, not that I like KP, he is good but I think he would be injury prone...

If Kyrie would have said he 's unsure of the FO, the direction , the team..it would be different..but pointedly saying he doesn't want to play beside Lebron leaves nothing in doubt..of course coming from a guy who says he believes the earth is flat , nothing is impossible.

I heard he is in Japan ..maybe he saw Godzilla prints somewhere ?

Kyrie+TT for boogie+Jrue would be solid imo. Jrue is an elite defensive pg and good enough shooter/secondary playmaker. But I can't help shake the feeling Boogie is a big man's version of Kyrie

The Cavs did try to trade Kyrie for CP3 but couldn't agree to terms. Houston was CP3's second choice. Banana Boating the team to keep Lebron in Cleveland and worrying about the rest later is not a bad strategy, since that's easier to achieve than constructing a roster by the trade deadline that's even money against the Warriors.

Yeah this Giannis stuff is funny.. Do people even realise HOW good he is?

His per 36 Numbers(I say that because Giannis only played 35 Minutes and at 22 Lebron played 41..have to keep that in Mind) are actually even better than Lebrons at 22... Yep at age 22 he is in Lebrons stratosphere. He is as great as young Players go..

That was actually a down year for LeBron (which made the finals run all the more surprising) , but yea impressive.

Nothing seems Impossible in Todays NBA..

Its an open Secret that this propably is Lebrons wet Dream.. Play with Melo,Wade and Cp3 .. and then do it in Cle so nobody can hold it against him he left again... then help deliver CP3 and Melo their elusive Title.. This is propably as close as it gets to Lebrons Basketball related Dreams..

I really think Lebron would prefer do stay a Cavs for the Rest of his Career and getting his Friends would be the Icing on the Cake

At this point i think we should just go for it. Its the only sure way to keep Lebron.. and lets be honest here.. the next years after Lebron will suck anyway so whats wrong with just postpone that another 5+ years?

Even for the next 2-3 Years is a very strong Lineup
In this case all of them likely will be willing to take Paycuts so you can round out the Bench with nice Role Players too.

I dont know if that Team beats a healthy GSW but honestly it will propably have as good a shot as any other Team we can realistically assemble. And you cant devalue that our Chemistry would be propably off the Charts..

The really scary part is.. As close as Giannis is on offense at 22 to even down year Lebron(wich was still insane for a 22yo) he is on another Level as a Defender..

If the money part works out with that package I would not mind either, the Cavs would still be the team to beat in the east... the chances of getting equal value for KI is slim to none thats just what happens when you trade a star in the nba...

It just takes one injury with one of the GSW core starter (not that I am wishing it) and the Cavs have a chance if they make the finals next season...

Actually that lineup is trash in today's NBA game no one is a consistent 3 point shooter. Melo at PF is laughable dudes a revolving door on defense that team makes it through the east then gets blown out by 20+ every game vs GS. If we create that team just to appease LBJ it shows how pathetic of an organization we are.

And great friends off the court doesn't always translate to great chemistry on the court
