Next time anyone wants to come with the "Kyrie is a good defender!" take, can we please just all agree to point at Brad Stevens subbing him out like 5 times on defensive possessions in a crunch time game against the Mavs?
 
People here seem to underestimate just how disliked LeBron still is around the country.

Kyrie getting MVP chants on the road shouldn't be surprising (also because Boston and LA have fans all over the place).

How come there are no, "Kyrie had to score 45 on 80% shooting just to beat the Mavs in OT?!?!?!" takes floating around yet?
 
Kyrie is going to pass Coward Durant as my least favorite player. We're still sweeping them in the playoffs.

Lol how am i trolling ??? People can hate all they want and make all the negative comments together.. But if you dont join in on the bitter party, then you are considered "trolling".

Ban me for not sharing the same opinion then I guess. Thats some of the most ridiculous stuff a forum can do.

No its not. Clearly Jaylen Brown is a top 3 shooting guard, Marcus Smart is the best defensive guard in the league, and AL Horford can rebound. NOTHING unsustainable about this. Nothing at all.


On a related note, it is pretty funny that the national media is finally recognizing Kyrie the way most of us did here rather than picking him apart with the old, "yeah, but his defense." Totally didn't see that coming...

Yeah, we keep saying that. So when's the regression coming? When they've clinched the 1 seed already? :chuckle:

It's still November, I know. They'll fall off from being on pace for 70 wins or whatever, but I think it's clear they're going to be a pretty damned good team.
