100% of all stats are meaningless without context.
Do we even know the similar stats for other rb's?
I thought the Browns trading for Cousins rumors were put to bed months ago when Kirk supposedly said he didn't want to play for us.
Why wouldn't the redskins just deal directly with the 9ers? Doubt we get a 10 pick premium to be the middle manThere is a new rumor we are maybe trading the number one pick for Cousins. I can find people links if they wish, but it's on Yahoo sports and it's like I wouldn't give up the number one pick for Cousins.

Now if we could give up 12 then flip him from number two from San Francisco, then I would do that in a heartbeat, then have Garrett and Trubisky, but then again Cousins we know who he is. Part of me says he wants to be in San Francisco and if we do not put out a certain amount of money he wouldn't want to resign in Cleveland.
Aka until the draft happens, we are going to see every type of rumor. I am guessing they are doing this to see what teams are willing to offer them for the number one pick. I don't see us actually moving the number one pick unless we get an offer we cannot refuse.

I'm not trading anything without assurance that Kirk Cousins is signing an extension in Cleveland. Haven't heard that, so I'm currently out for this.
I would trade a 5th rounder just to open negotiationsI'm not trading anything without assurance that Kirk Cousins is signing an extension in Cleveland. Haven't heard that, so I'm currently out for this.
I see no way this happens, but would you do Cousins for #1 straight up if he signs a 5-year deal? I would have to say absolutely. Given the crap shoot of actually hitting on a QB in the draft, getting a young, proven QB behind a stacked OLine is worthway more than Myles Garrett.
With the right picks in the rest of the draft, the Browns could be talking playoffs this year. Take BPA at 12 (Howard maybe?) and go defense with most remaining picks.
Even with a three year extension I do it with no hesitation.
