2017 Cavs Summer League

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It's sad that Brandon Paul is already better than Shumpert

You guys are going to force me to watch highlights on YouTube later.

White and Pointer looks good when given minutes... hope they get invited to camp... don't get why they get little minutes unless they arw trying ro hidw them from other teams, which I highly doubt... Felder sadly is still playing an inefficient game

hmmm...Gilbert and Rich Paul sitting together...

I haven't watched but apparently we're a Summer League powerhouse.

Damn, if we could only run the Finals back with these two teams.....

In the 3 games, am most intrigued with Pointer... he's a gritty player and very athletic, just fun watching him trying to block all shots... looks like he improved his shot a little bit, I remember in th dleague he can't shoot to save his life... Can be this years Liggins/Cunningham type end of the bench young guy... someone to play couple minutes of hardnose defense and garbage time...

This Kings-Lakers SL game has been a blast. Kings have a boatload of young talent. They'll be good (!) in a few years.

Skal, Papagiannis, Hield, De'Aaron Fox, Justin Jackson, Frank Mason III, and Harry Giles are all playing in this game. In addition, they've also got Willie Cauley-Stein. That is eight young players, three of whom have shown some degree of potential in the NBA.

Somehow, that team has given itself a bright future.

I remember people went HARD after the Kings for trading Cousins, but it's easy to say that when you aren't the one giving an emotionally unstable head case one fifth of a billion dollars

I defended the Cousins trade at the time and I still do. You can't win with Demarcus Cousins being your best player and he's abou as cancerous as it gets

They also got the best return for any superstar traded in the past year, outside of, maybe, the Chris Paul trade.

I like this SL team better than I like the current Cavs bench

I love watching summer league. I wish they could change the format to spread it over July and August until college football starts. Maybe rotate it around to a bunch of non-nba cities.

I think it would help the development of young players if it was longer. NBA coaching and better competition than the d-league.

I like Chicago's more. Higher on Lavine than Hield.
