The 5 in the back of the package are going to be fun to watch since I don't think really anyone is sure who exactly we are going to use just yet outside of Haden likely in the number one CB. I like the move to get Pryor for Davis since we really didn't need Davis for the upcoming season and we get a guy with possible upside in Pryor. Let's see how camp ends up for these guys and hopefully they step up their games in this new defense.

On certain fronts it can work. Similar to the way that the Steelers used Troy P in their zone blitzing scheme.

Watch play 3 at about the 2:50 mark in the video. You see what appears to be 4 LBs 1 of those is a safety.

It is a 3 - 3 - 5 set with 3 Down linemen, 3 lbs and 5 dbs. Except you line it up like a 3-4 with one of your safeties playing a hybrid LB/S position.

Honestly if he wants to try a couple snaps at FS in practice, why not let him try! Now it doesn't mean he will ever play there in a game, but it would work on coverage skills and if he can handle an opposing TE a lot better, then go for it. They do need to learn their positions, but let them have fun with it as well and who knows, maybe with the fun practices, we may end up making new defensive packages that screw with the opponents.

He was ok as a DT, but rocked as a very round punter.
