The late 80s/early 90s was higher scoring than this. I saw the 150-124 Ws game vs the pacers in 1989 in person. Only 8 3pt baskets all game combined for both teams.

But the teams were a combined 104-195 from the floor. 195 shot attempts. And 72 free throws. 68 Assists. 81 rebounds. A regulation game (No OT)

Manute Bol (7'7) and Rik Smits (7'4) matched up that game briefly. They looked like aliens. I think Uwe Blab chucked up the last shot to reach 150.

The next year they were in a 162-158 game vs the nuggets (though I didnt see it) with 239 shot attempts and only 6 3pts

Not that comparative scores necessarily matter, but Toronto just beat BOS in the same margin and almost exactly the same score as they beat us.

Toronto is legit. They kept it close the entire game and managed to seperate themselves slowly but surely during the second half. Nurse seems to know what he's doing, and it seems like a lot of the bad juju they had after years of getting punked by 'Bron has somewhat been excorsized by removing Demar and Casey. Nothing would be more funny to me than seeing LeBron finally leave the east only for the Raptors to keep Boston out of the finals.
