I thought he had George on Lock at least. He had nothing when he went there. With how the Raptors are playing, I totally see Leonard staying there. Maybe the Lakers get another guy, but I think they strike out big this summer. WE will see

I think for Leonard, the choice is between the Clippers and the Raptors. The Lakers aren't even in the picture. Purely from the baskeball standpoint, Toronto should be a no-brainer though. They already have the pieces around him, whereas the Clippers would have to spend a few years building a contender.

Brook Lopez is killing the Nuggets. 7-10 on threes and he just one from Steph Curry range. This is crazy.

He's averaging more threes per game but fewer rebounds per game than Kyrie Irving, Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, and Kyle Lowry among others. How crazy is that?

Their TRB percentage is +3 with him on the floor compared to with him off.

Brooks teams historically been better rebounding team with him on the floor. Why? Because he boxes out for every one else to take the rebound and he takes tons of space.

A player that doesn’t care about his stats is always a winner to me.

Shoutout to Steven Adams, who could easily average 12+ boards per game but knows that keeping Westbrook happy is more important.

Contested rebound % as of this moment:

Steven Adams 41.5%
Russell Westbrook - 6.9%

Yet they both average roughly the same amount of rebounds. Half of that Westbrook's MVP trophy belongs to Adams.

Yearly schedule for MVP voters:

November-March: drool over some interesting player putting up unusual stats
April: vote for aforementioned player
May-June: remember that Lebron exists, and that he's the best player in the NBA as always
July-October: forget what they just remembered

If Butler and Leonard stay put who's left? I dont think N.O. is trading Davis...Durant and Clay aren't going to Lakers...I still think the Lakers will be good though...they're going to get somebody but maybe just not a superstar...
They will trade for a star on a tanking team, or a really good player. A Beal type, ive heard Lillard and the Lakers mentioned together before.

Damn, brutal injury to Caris Levert today. He was having an Oladipo like season, really starting to look like a potential all star for the Nets. I was rooting for playoffs for them this year, since I really like the team and I felt bad that I rooted against them all last season despite enjoying their style of play

What happened? Hes on my fantasy feam.

Embid has 20 fts tonight. Wtf? Is this happening nightly? I havent been paying attention.

Yeah, Lebron will always be Lebron, but the Hawks starters are so bad that shouldnt happen in any circumstance. The Hawks dont even have their best big man in Collins. If the Lakers make the Playoffs im guessing its an 8 seed and we know how that turns out. What i think is funny is the big Christmas day game is them vs GS. Basically its Lebron vs GS. Just like when he was here. I just didnt expect this Laker squad to be THIS bad.
They are not bad at all and if you have followed Lebron's career you have seen this movie before. Actually looking at there schedule I'm surprised they are 7-6. It should be worse. I don't expect consistent basketball from them until after the all-star break but yet they will he over .500. They most likely will end up anywhere from the 7th seed to the 3rd seed. If they stay out of the bracket with Golden State they can possibly make it to the western conference finals. They have already beat Portland and Denver the 2nd and 3rd best teams in the West and LeBron is playing like his typical November pace which is nowhere near playoff LeBron.

If this Lakers team, without any major additions, gets a top 4 seed in the West; I'll poop myself.
