Do Not Sell My Personal Information
All of us would be feeling so great if Silver never touched the odds. We would have been the overwhelming Zionists. Fucking lizard looking mother fucker had to do it so he could rig the lottery easily. Now he can bump or drop teams as he likes based on his preferences.

With the reports of the ratings dropping, I'd be shocked if Zion didn't end up somewhere like New York or Chicago.

Nobody gives a shit about the nba right now because the entire season is just a formality. Man, i'm not at all impressed with Adam Silver.

Well, this is true but the major market teams are also non-factors. New York, Brooklyn, Chicago, the Lakers and Clippers. Not one contender there. Not even one that can kinda, sorta fool people into believe they are contenders.

And outside of Lebron, you don't have a single, marketable star anywhere to be found. KP, but he hasn't played at all this season. Like, the major markets lack really good teams AND any star power.

LeBron/Harden/Steph/AD and the rest of the talent is out west. LeBron alone has shifted the balance because grown ass adults who have jobs the next day aren’t bothering to watch a game that won’t end until 1am in the Midwest/East Coast. Nothing really enticing for a casual fan to watch in this time zone. There is also the inevitability of Golden State winning a title so that kind of destroys the intrigue.

Just wait until Lebron retires. It took the NBA a long time to get over the Jordan retire hangover. In the meantime they will force feed us Kobe like players down our throats as his replacement.

Somebody will always replace the other guy, it might be rough and that someone just might be Zion [Edit: oh okay you mean based on ability and marketability]. To keep with this discussion imagine a scenario in which RJ Barrett goes to Memphis and Zion goes to Phoenix. Just fold the EC or at least actually consider the top 16 teams for playoff seeding at that point.

Looking at the future draft picks we have and I sure hope Koby can wheel and deal because it it looking atrocious for rebuilding any time soon. Many of his current deals are later down the road when hopefully LeBron owns the team. Lots to be done in 3 weeks (by Feb 7th) and Koby will need to become a magician which I am not sure at this point if he even can do a simple card trick.
Why

i always wondered about lbj going to LA. Much less exposure than playing in the east. I haven’t bother to watch a game that starts at 10:30

Finishing last shouldn't be a problem and it should be the goal even if it only increases our odds a little. We suck and got a bunch of guys who are injury prone. Has there even been a team who have fallen as far as us, from the prior year?
Zion or Barrett would be my choice as of now from what I see. What scares me is that I don't feel the luck coming our way again. We already had ours, some would say more than we deserve. And we blew it a couple times like with Bennett.
Thankfully we got some hope with the new Browns.

Plus all of the good teams are out west which makes it hard to get eye balls to watch games that start at 9/10est. If you say take Houston rosters and put it in NY, and take say the Portland roster and put it in say Charlotte you would have a lot more talent and games people would watch in the East. LJ and PG going west the last two years took some of the big marketable players out of the East.

Spurs are interested in Burks and Thompson.

i.e. the Warriors. the way Kobe is regarded.... that entire team is just a collective "Kobe"
(yes, my icon is Kobe, let's move on)
