Green Bay is a weird one. In my opinion the playmakers aren't an issue, O-Line is however and defense. Rodgers can create players, he can make an average player have an household name. What he can't do is protect himself from getting his collarbone broken. He also can't play defense .

That's what's stopping GB from winning another Superbowl.
 
Nelson was absolutely burnt to a crisp done. His production died last year. Part would probably because no A-Rod but also because of Age.
