I’m honestly surprised they played him tonight.. thought they would have waited for their next home game so he got a more comfortable game back with the crowd on his side and I’ve been reading that a hard bump to his eye could do permanent damage and I thought they wouldn’t want to risk it yet.. but maybe that’s BS?

That mask isn't helping Embiid play better that's for sure.
I like Simmons but that shooting motion of his is pretty bad. Fultz like even. He'll have to fix that to become the complete player. He'll be LeBron like if he can shoot it eventually.

I think he’s gonna be an amazing player.. not as great as lebron but close.. I’m sure he will fix that shot of his after a couple seasons.. but it is absolutely awful right now. Lol
We could have really used wade in the postseason.. and I know I’ve said this several times already but it’s just sickening to me that we got nothing for him when he could have helped so much in the playoffs.. smh

I know. I was dreaming about Wade owning Livingston off the bench. At the very least matching him. Now our bench seems to be trash.
Not only that but he’s been such a great facilitator off the bench for them too.. which we certainly need right now big time.. he’s been good at creating for himself and others.. both things we really need. I honestly think he would have been a bigger factor for us then love.. no joke

I won't agree with the Love part, but absolutely to everything else. Love doesn't even have to take a shot to make the team better. The spacing he adds makes LeBron's job so much easier. And everyone else's on offense. And the stats back this up in an incredible way.
He does need to start actually hitting shots, though.

Lol might be harder for him now to hit shots with that thumb injury.. but will see.. I’m hoping the big guy proves me wrong but I just don’t think we see the best of him when we get to the playoffs and he certainly isn’t giving us enough with him being Lebrons number 2 now without kyrie here.. both things I just think wade is better at when we get to the playoffs.. we always see the best of wade in the playoffs and he still knows Lebrons game better than love always will.. but no use going on about it cuz he’s gone.. for nothing..

This has been an extremely fun, physical series and Embiid is such a great personality that it makes everything better. This game is super chippy too; didn’t know I needed a Dragic-Bellinelli rivalry but I love it
Great game. Playoff basketball with the extra physicality always brings home how routine and vanilla the regular season is. A lot of points scored but the defense from both teams have been intense, just hot shooting.
