2018 NBA Playoffs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This Utah ball movement is like they are playing a different sport than OKC.

OKC may very well lose this series 4-1 to Utah huh? Snyder is a damn good coach.
Utah looking good. Carrying that slug Chowder along too.

Beal and George doing a great job tanking their value for us.

Thunder are done. Just getting taken out behind the woodshed.

Jae Crowder saved up his 3 pointers all season just for this game.

** wrong thread.

OKC needs a big comeback to save their season and probably franchise..(or we can do it with #8...or maybe Russ would prefer Kevin Love?)

Donovan Mitchell is going to be such a high level scorer for years in this league.

Man...he can do "Flash" D-Wade type of things...consistently...and he has a 3 ball. Jeez he's good. I think he's gonna end up a better player than Hayward, actually.

That Utah team with Mitchell+Hayward+Gobert all of a sudden would have become fascinating as a contender for the next 5-10 years. I feel like they'd at least have a chance of pulling out a title or two. At least make the Finals once....

edit 2: and here come the Thunder.....

Some little playoff tidbits:

—In the 64 minutes Ingles has been off court for the Jazz, they’ve been outscored by 18.7 points per 100 possessions and have an ORating of 95.3. When Ingles is on court, the Jazz’s ORating is 119.3 and overall, the Jazz are outscoring the Thunder by 22.6 points per 100 possessions. The Jazz are a whopping 41.3 points per 100 possessions better with Ingles on court in their series than with him off.

—In the 43 minutes that Mirotic has been off court for the Pelicans, NO has a 95.5 ORating and 119.3 DRating. When he’s on court, NO has a 122.2 ORating and 103 DRating. NO is a crazy 43.4 points per 100 possessions better with him on court than off court.

The Pelicans played 36 minutes against Portland with AD ON court and Mirotic off court. The Pelicans were -11.0 per 100 possessions during those 36 minutes (103.3 ORat, 114.3 DRat).

The Pelicans played 30 minutes against Portland with AD OFF court and Mirotic ON court. The Pelicans were +14.8 per 100 possessions during those 36 minutes (119.7 ORat, 104.9 DRat).

Mirotic was an absolute steal for the Pelicans and Ingles is one if the most underrated players in the league.

Exactly. I said the Pelicans would not even come close to this if they still had Cousins, and didn't get Mirotic.

I'd let Cousins walk and keep Mirotic. Mirotic is a great fit next to Davis. And a better fit compared to Cousins

Westbrook is overrated. I said before, his game is terrible for the post-season.

He's about to lose to a team led by a rookie. Pretty embarrassing.

That'd be a tough asset for me to let walk... Pelicans were playing really good with Cousins out there too. I'm not too sure that I agree with this. But regardless I think you have to at least try to get Cousins back to 100% even if you turn around and trade him.

Now you run the risk of him being a giant waste of money/team cancer who never recovers from an achilles but it's not like they have any chance at cap room either way so

Wiggins doing double duty missing shots and boxing Bjelica/Jones out of the rotation :chuckle:

God, Wiggins sucks.

Such a waste of elite athleticism. Terrible BB IQ.

He must be as dumb as a box of rocks or un-coachable for him to have not improved most aspects of his game after four years.

Won that trade by a country mile even with Love's recent suckage.

Cousins barely made an impact at all. And Davis is a MUCH better player when he's not playing.

I agree its a tough asset to let walk, but one they'd regret keeping.
