It shows how good our pitching has been that we are a .500 team with how awful our hitting has been.

And quite frankly awful is an insult to other teams hitting that has only been awful compared to ours.
 
Fantastic outing for Corey. Guy fits this offense like a glove. He bobbed coming off the mound after his last K like he really, really wanted to fistpump but his body couldn't remember how to express an emotion.

The Tigers are the Dallas Mavericks of MLB right now and they are hitting better than us. Hopefully the coming heatwave wakes up the bats.
