2019 Browns Head Coach Candidates

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Can anybody make a reasonable case that keeping Hue is better than hiring Bruce Arians? Because he's available, and he can bring one thing to this team that no other coaching candidate can -- true credibility that the Browns can be a football powerhouse, and what it is like here when that happens.
Don’t you DARE tease me like this

The last time Arians was available he WANTED to come to Cleveland and we said “eh no thanks”

Arians likely still wants to come here. He wants to be the guy to turn this around. Hire him

He's got success, credibility, and strong ties to the franchise. I think it's a no brainer, which is exactly why it will never happen.

Arians is a no brainer, even at 65.

That said, I don’t think Arians is going to take another job. I think he’s going to retire.

Doesn't sound like that coming out of AZ. And if there was one job he might stick around for, it would be this one. I think the dancing around right now is financial. If he announces his retirement, he loses the rest of his salary. I suspect what he may be doing is waiting to see if the Browns have any interest. If they do, then he'll negotiate something with AZ and come here.

I think he'd rather retire than stay at AZ, but he'd rather coach here than retire.

I don't think I could make a reasonable case that keeping Hue is better than hiring Bruce Campbell.

Bruce Arians is exactly the hire to couple with Dorsey.

Wants to win in Cleveland, and wants to get that ball rolling.

Not only would that make me positive about this team, but coupled with our picks and cap room—we could be playoff contenders much sooner than later.

I’d rather hire a Fish Called Wanda than Jeff Fisher.

I honestly don't know if anyone can make a reasonable case that keeping Hue is better than any other alternative that may possibly be available.

Arians is a no-brainer for sure.

I’d rather have a Hue Janus than Hue Jackson.

Right guys?
