2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Browns will win tomorrow only because the Bengals want to lose.

They will lose to the Cardinals and Ravens and thus with that final Bengals game being completely meaningless and the Browns having completely collapsed, at each others throats and Kitchens completely on the hot seat...the final game against the Bengals will also be a loss. There may well even be some impact guys injured for that game. Always seems to happen.

That will put them at 6-10 and give everyone nothing to look forward to For next season and a ton of doubt. Par for the course.

Yep. This was coming.

All the backbiting and bad culture stories are going to come pouring out. Everybody’s going to blame somebody.

They’ll lose a close one to the Cardinals and it will all be on full display to the media. The whole OBJ story will come pouring out. A story or two may even come out about whether all this is moreso on Baker or Freddie.

Just watch it all unfold.

I have been crushing guys.

What’s funny is that despite looking like a badass, Pettine was actually kind of a pussy as a head coach from what I recall.

But all these crappy coaches admittedly blend together for me.

I really don't remember this.

His demise was really Alex Mack breaking his leg, and Kyle Shannahan making a powerpoint. They were 7-4. And he proceeded to go 3-18 before we fired him.

Him and Mangini. The two guys I don't think should have been given up on.

David Njoku said he's "not sure" he'll be back if coach Freddie Kitchens returns next season.
This adds Njoku to a growing list of Browns players that have had fallouts with Kitchens. Njoku got into it with Kitchens in Week 14 after he dropped a pass on the opening drive that was picked off. He's been a healthy scratch since and could sit out the regular season finale. Njoku has another year and team option remaining on his rookie deal, but the Browns may look to shop him if Kitchens stays.

I understand Njoku's frustration but I can understand the coaching staff sitting him. The offense has evolve to something alot different to what they were running before Njoku got hurt especially how they use the TEs. Maybe he isn't up to speed and they are just more comfortable with the other TEs executing their duties.

If Kitchens does get a second year, I could see them reincorporate him back into the offense in the offseason. Even if they keep 3 TEs, I think Carlson, Njoku, and Seals-Jones are the best of the bunch and could be versatile enough.
