Goga bol sekou hayes clark porter jr?
We are prototypically in a situation where we should trade down and draft for ceiling and potential. Out of arguably the top five or six guys in the NBA right now, half of them are not lottery picks -- Kawhi at 15, Giannis at 15, Jokic at 41. Jimmy Butler picked at 30. etc. When is the last time the Cavs hit on a guy like that? Time to trade down and have Koby and the rest show they can actually spot talent.
Who are those guys in this draft?
The sudden overrating of Garland is cringe material
no he isn't Zion is a much better ball handler than Blake was and is.Hes closer to a shorter thicker (Not fat just a ball of muscle) Blake Griffin then LeBron James. If he develops the same way Blake did I am unsure how successful he will be in the NBA with his size. Hes gonna be a 20-10 player but hes never gonna be a LeBron level guy in my opinion. Blake has been fun to watch his entire career but was never a true franchise player.

Blake rookie was Zions floor when he entered College, he's already a much better passer and defender.
Zion will average 27 pts/6 bds /3 dimes/ 3 blks & 2 steals as a rookie without adding a 3 ball . He adds that at over 39% and those numbers become elite.
I think you are dead wrong about his immediate impact taking over the league. Maybe his numbers won't be that high for points but if that is true than his dime rate will be higher. There is zero reason to think he will underperform when he is clearly the best nba prospect in 16 yearsZion ain't dropping 27 points as a rookie. Stop it. He ain't averaging 3 Blocks or 2 steals either. 1 to 1.5 BPG and 1 to 1.5 SPG. Dude ain't coming in as a rookie and being a top 5 player. Its not going to happen.

yeah , realism and lack of optimism is boring isn't ? I choose to believe he crushes the expectations, if I am wrong who cares nobody expected me to be right anyway. I will never hang my hat on the train of realism that never leaves room for success.Except hes clearly not the best nba prospect in 16 years. He may be the best athlete of the past 16 years but not the best prospect. No rookie ever came in and was a top 5 player right away. Its not gonna happen. Your are also vastly overrating his play making ability. Underperforming? If he drops 20/10/3/1.5/1.5 thats an amazing season for a rookie. What your expecting is so unrealistic its not even funny.

exactly lolSo instead of being realistic lets be overly optimistic and expect a kid to drop 27/6/3/3/2 right out of the gate? What I suggested for his stats would still be one of the top 5 rookie seasons of the past 20 years. What your suggested would be the best rookie season ever and possibly in the MVP Discussion.
Can see Zion dropping 22/7/4 in his debut year.
Depends on usage rate. Lebron a better prospect averaged 21 as a rook, there are allot of high usage young players on NOLA now, 22 might be a bit high, but we will see.
Then again, Lebron had Ricky Davis and still got 21....so maybe, lol.
