2019 Series #21 | Indians vs. Yankees | June 7th, 8th, and 9th

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Plesac is a fucking stud. Watching Clev, Bieber, and Plesac anchor the rotation for years to come is going to be great.

Is Plesac the real deal? I've never even heard of the guy before spring this year.
Same thing with Bieber for me last year. Indians are doing a damn good job besides their offseason.

Yes. He was one of my sleeper guys in the 2018 minors thread. Tommy John prior to the draft, all about how he responded. He looked good in his brief time in 2017. Got stronger in 2018. And took that jump you often see 2 years out this year.

Hitting 96 100+ pitches in was something to see. Him and Bieber are so similar.

Mentioned it before, but their starting pitching pipeline is crazy right now.

Such a bizarre season. 8th and 9th inning guys have been lights out. Santana has been a beast. Lindor being Lindor. Bieber and Plesac looking like FOR guys.

As crappy as the season has felt, it still feels like some rotation health and a couple holes in the lineup plugged and we are dangerous again.

Agreed.

Despite all the bullshit, they are still only 1.5 out of the Wild Card.

If they could figure out a way to replace the really putrid hitters, namely Martin and Kipnis, with more competent hitters and can get Clevinger and Kluber back healthy, they're still very capable of making the playoffs.

Get Clevinger back now, hope Bauer figures it out, get Kluber back by August, and I'll go to war with: Bauer, Kluber, Bieber, Clevinger, Plesac, and Cookie in whatever order.

Plesac is awesome. Just need to get a bat or two and I still think this team can fight.

All this team needed was a replica of 2016's acquisitions in Napoli (cleanup hitter) and Rajai (leadoff hitter). Then we would've been a'okay. Lindor should be batting 3rd, Jose in front of him, and protection behind them. Someone that's capable and a threat.

Ill go ahead and give Tito and Kipnis the credit they deserve for tonight. If we’re going to rip them to shreds on bad nights, they deserve props when it works.

Stay hot fellas.

@Real Deal All this team needed was Jose Ramirez and Jason Kipnis to not regress to this level of putridness.

Jose doesn't turn into a pumpkin and we're 5 games better than we currently are.

I'm still beating the drums for Bradley and Johnson.

With us needing another starter here soon for a few spot starts, who in this pipeline would you trust right now? Civale, Morgan?
