2021 53-Man Roster Cut Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I think its Naggar.

Editors and spellchecker are about to earn their pay with Chris Nagger...

I hope he wins it so i can write...damn, than Naggar just made a 50 yard field goal.

Or, I hate that Naggar, he missed another extra point...we need to cut that Naggar loose.

Mason Rudolph didn’t use a racial slur at Myles, he was just telling him they should look into signing Chris Naggar.

Yeahhh...you probably don't want to be excited to say that.

He looked great in the preseason.

He’s not big and he’s not fast, so he wasn’t drafted, but he knows how to run routes, has good hands, and knows how to fight for the ball, so he’s got a chance. He’s an underdog that’s easy to like. My 11 year old son is rooting for him big time. I’m rooting for him too, but I’m also kind of hoping we don’t see him much, because that means things are not going so well for our recievers.

in other reciever news, Hodge was drafted by Dorsey, and then got claimed by Detroit, where Dorsey is working today. All things being equal, I’d have preferred Hodge on the team, but it’s likely Detroit might have claimed either player that we waived. Hodge is going to get a lot more opportunities with the lions, so I can see why he’s OK with the change of scenery.

When you say "either," who are you assuming would've been the cut if we kept Hodge?

I imagine Hodgel was ahead of Davis on the depth chart, but they were both behind Felton. Does that sound right?

I see Felton as a gadget guy, but listed as a RB first, but he will lineup in various spots...

Davis though was behind Hodge in the depth chart in my opinion
